Destemmed, 3 days on the skins before pressing and fermented in stainless steel. Pale straw color, bottled in a clear flint bottle.  Aromas of apricot, white peach, chamomile, hay, and lemon blossoms swirl to your nose.  Breathe it in.  On the palate brings golden apple, guava, star fruit and white tea, as it finished with good acid and dryness. Very drinkable but goes well with food, especially cold seafood, salads, and creamy cheese. Unfiltered. 87 cases, 13.2% alcohol.
