Hand picked and sorted, 100% whole cluster (native) fermentation, foot stomped and pressed to barrel. Aged five months in neutral French oak and stainless steel. Dusty notes of raspberry black cherry, and cranberry first come through, then it hits you how well-balanced, yet wild it is. The velvety finish brings out black pepper, coriander, and licorice flavors while still maintaining the rugged fruity flavors. Unfiltered. 13.2% alc., 164 cases produced.
