A Tale of Three Pinot Noir Clones: 667, 777, 115. The always-elegant, and organically farmed Saveria Pinot Noir 2017 delights with aromas of lilac, pomegranate, cranberry, strawberry, wet stone, and raw, pulpy, new paper. Each of the clones build upon each other creating layers on the palate of rose petal, candied raspberry, vanilla-cola, beets graphite, and cafe au lait. Fine and dusty tannins encourage a long and satisfying finish. The grapes were fermented with 28% whole cluster and aged in 28% new French oak barrels. 12.9% alcohol. 174 cases produced.
