20% whole cluster, native primary and secondary fermentations.  50% one-year-old French oak barrels. Aromas of cranberry, rhubarb, and fennel pollen leap off the page. The palatereads a story of pomegranate, red apple skins, and cafe au lait. The plot is supported with good structure and a little more time will makefor a happily-ever- after ending. 13.2% alc., 150 cases produced.
